Maori Scorpion Tattoo

This is another version of the earlier scorpion Black gold scorpion. The Maori version is actually the one I drew first in this set. I was wanting it to have a green stone look to it ( Pounamu or Jade) but didn’t want the scorpion to look exactly like green stone as that might be difficult to get as a tattoo. The main Maori component is the additions of koru’s  as legs and in the arms of the scorpions nippers. Obviously this is the Zodiac symbol for the Scorpio star sign but could be used for those who just the design.
