Egyptian Scarab Beetle Sacred Geometry tattoo design.

The scarab beetle is a symbol related to the sun in egyptian culture as it rolls the dung into its burrow so it symbolises the sun rolling across the sky each day and disappearing into the earth. Also used as charms placed on mummies to help with their passage through the underworld.

I like the beetle as a tattoo design as it suits a variety of colors and as a strong shape. I have done a few different versions of the scarab beetle design for you. One a basic beetle then one of the beetle on a sacred geometry design then a colored version of that in traditional colors made to look a little like jewellery.
